4 Best Wash-Off Masks for Self-Care Sundays

Hello Beauty

Living through a global pandemic isn’t easy. 2020 was emotionally and physically draining to say the least. The new year is upon us and I’m sure many of us will be setting ourselves resolutions and targets. Although it’s great to go full steam ahead, it is also important to take some time out to relax.

Taking a break shouldn’t be seen as being unproductive; quite the opposite. It can help to de-stress, refresh and reinvigorate your mind, and set you up for the week ahead. I stick to my #selfcaresundays, which involve taking a little time to myself for a little skincare pamper session. I love face masking as it’s a great way to relax, plus your skin is getting all the love it needs. Here are my top 4 wash-off mask picks according to your skin type.

1.  Sensitive Skin – I’m From Mugwort Mask

Sensitive skin is fragile skin that is prone to irritation.  It can be caused by different ingredients and can result in red, dry and itchy skin. The skin barrier is often fragile or damaged. Mugwort is a soothing and calming skincare ingredient. The ‘I’m From Mugort’ mask has a gel texture with a herbal scent. I love using this when my skin is irritated as it has an instant soothing effect. It is packed with antioxidants and minerals that help to detoxify the skin.
